Alinus is our breeding buck and sire to our kids. He's a great looking male from the Aureum Herd in Norfolk. He has a lovely temperament and loves people and cinnamon bagels.

Like all breeding age males, he does have a stubborn streak in him. He only likes to go somewhere if he thinks it's his own idea, so the cinnamon bagels can come in handy if he needs gently persuading into another paddock.

Alinus will be available for stud work this year, so if your doe is in the Hereford area, give Alinus a mail on stud@bluehillsherd.co.uk. She doesn't have to be a Golden Guernsey of course and we're sure he'll provide your girl with a first class service.

One note of interest is that Alinus has in the past sent semen to the USA for storage and future AI. His semen is now available to those in America who want it, at $125 a straw. If it's good enough for them then maybe you should consider getting your girl down here while you can :-).
